But if you ask a random person, they’re going [to] be like, ‘Oh yeah, it’s cool,’ ” the “Ridin’ Solo” artist joked.
In addition to being his dad’s de facto music advisor, Jason is also freqently featured on Derulo’s Instagram.
Also on Wednesday, Jason appeared alongside his dad on Good Morning America as he performed his latest single, “Make Me Happy.” The toddler wore a Buzz Lightyear costume for his morning show appearance and held Derulo’s hand as he belted out the feel-good anthem.
Derulo shared a video of the sweet moment on his Instagram.
The video comes after Derulo shared clips of him, his ex Frumes and Jason sporting their family Toy Story Halloween costumes while dancing to “Make Me Happy.”
“Did you dress up for Halloween? #MakeMeHappy #HappyHalloween @jenafrumes,” Derulo wrote as he sported his Woody costume alongside Frumes as Bo Beep and their son as Buzz.
