Just In: White Lotus star Alexandra Daddario announces birth of first baby with sweet Halloween post

Alexandra Daddario has welcomed her first child with her husband Andrew Form.

The White Lotus star, 38, announced the exciting news that she gave birth to their baby on Halloween.

On October 31, she took to Instagram to share a photo of her newborn baby swaddled in a blanket with miniature candies laying all around the crib

‘I thought this was a weird bowl of candy,’ she captioned her Halloween post.

Daddario and her husband have not yet revealed their baby’s name nor gender.

The actress previously announced her pregnancy over the summer in July 2024.

At the time, the Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief star revealed she was six months along and had kept her pregnancy a secret. She revealed she had been hiding her baby bump underneath baggy clothes and posting carefully cropped photos on social media, she revealed in a Vogue interview.

The Mayfair Witches star is already a stepmother to Form’s two children.

The film producer is a father to Rowan and Julian from his previous marriage to ex-wife Jordana Brewster.

Daddario has been married to Form, who has worked on some of the scariest movies of the past two decades, for two years and together for four.

The couple tied the knot in New Orleans in June of 2022.

She was seen cradling her baby bump in glamorous photos from her shoot with Vogue.

In her interview with the outlet, she said she was ‘overjoyed’ to be pregnant. D’addario also revealed she had been pregnant in the past but experienced a devastating loss and suffered a miscarriage.

‘Well, I had been pregnant. I had loss,’ she said in the interview.

‘It’s long and complicated, so I don’t want to be too specific,’ she explained.

Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them,’ she continued. ‘I really relate to all the women who have been through those kinds of things in a way that I didn’t understand fully before,’ Daddario added. ‘It’s very, very painful.’

After giving birth, a slew of celebrities took to her comment section of her post to share their congratulations to the couple.

Lily Collins gushed: ‘Omg congrats!!!!!!!!!’

Rachel Zegler penned, ‘CONGRATS GIRLYYYYY.’

Jewel wrote, ‘Awwwwwww,’ while Caylee Cowan commented, ‘CONGRATULATIONS.’
